In contemporary life, there are many crimes and crimes going on around us. such as robbery, rape, harassment, and so forth. Lots of us are innocent victims. It starts from a lot of people practicing martial arts as a defense of the crime. a wide range of people learn martial arts techniques seperki aikido, karate, ninjutsu, taekwondo, and so forth. My own interest in martial arts taekwondo. I think taekwondo has distinctive features compared to other martial arts, which focus on leg strength. but used as a tool of self defense taekwondo can also train mental well manners. Taekwondo Kick's Technique

Okay guys.. now is the moment that you waiting for.. it's about Taekwondo teknik to kick.

There are so many kick's in taekwondo. For this part, i will tell you about 3 kick's. There are "Dolyo chagi", "Eup chagi", and "Horyo Chagi". Check this out.. :D

1. Horyo Chagi

This is the kick that directed to the head or upper body. this kick is very usefull if your opponent is shorter than you. You can do this kick for the counter too.
here is the step:
1. first do your fighting stance
2. Ready to kick with the foot that in the back than the another foot.
3. lift your back foot to the top as high as you can
4. scaled down with the power
note: This kick like a human use a hoe.. up and scaled to the down

 

 

2. Eup chagi

This kick is directed to the head to.. or to the chest. This kick is very dangerous because it use your soles of the feet. This kick can be use to counter too.
here is the step:
1. first do your fighting stance
2. Ready to kick with the foot that in the back than the another foot
3. Lift your foot like a catapult with some power and directed to your opponent face or body



 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Dolyo chagi

This kick is the most popular kick in taekwondo and many people always do this kick in the sparring or tournament. This kick is directed to the head or lateral.
here is the step:
1. first do your fighting stance
2. Ready to kick with the foot that in the back than the another foot.
3. Up your knee to the front
4. Turning your body and foot to the left/right
5. So now just kick with your foot that knee is up to the head or lateral
note: This kick need some flexibility in your waist
