In contemporary life, there are many crimes and crimes going on around us. such as robbery, rape, harassment, and so forth. Lots of us are innocent victims. It starts from a lot of people practicing martial arts as a defense of the crime. a wide range of people learn martial arts techniques seperki aikido, karate, ninjutsu, taekwondo, and so forth. My own interest in martial arts taekwondo. I think taekwondo has distinctive features compared to other martial arts, which focus on leg strength. but used as a tool of self defense taekwondo can also train mental well manners. Some Block in Taekwondo

Taekwon-Do also has a defends from all direction like other martial art like this :P

First i will tell you about some secret :p
Aree = Lower
Momtong = Middle
Olgool = High
Bakat = Outer
An = Inner

so you can adjust your block with any condition


  Maki  - Block
Aree Maki - Lower Block








 Momtong Maki - Middle (Body) Block
 Olgool Maki - High (Face) Block











Palmok Maki - Forearm Block
Sohn Nal Maki - Knife Hand Block


 Hechyo Maki - Wedge Block













 Kawi Maki - Double Block









With the direction and block i give, you can combine it. so your
 block is very usefull in any direction :)

Some training termitology in Taekwon-Do

This is some termitology while you training Taekwon-Do

Joonbi = This is a motion before starting their respect 
 











Charyeot = Stance before giving respect










Kyeongre = To salute 

 






Shijak = Start doing something
Kuman = Stop while doing something
Kallyo = Stop for a while
Dora = Turn to left or right
Duirodora = Turn backward
Dojang = Training center
Sabeomin = Instructor or master
wudan won (Jeja) = Student
Kup = Grade

Dan = Grade for master 
Dobok = Uniform 
Dhee = Belt

But there is more termitology in Taekwon-Do. We will discuss it for a time :)
